Before joining Pledge, he held leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance in underwriting, sales, and operations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Eric’s extensive expertise allows him to deliver customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Dedicated to building lasting relationships, he is committed to helping clients protect what matters most. Outside of work, Eric enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake, and watching sports with friends and family.

Amy Oleson, AFIS, AINS
Customer Success Representative

Before joining Pledge, Amy Oleson worked at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance and specialized in farm and ranch property, auto, and liability insurance. In her role, she has developed over a decades’ worth of expertise in the entire policy lifecycle, from applications to new business issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Amy has earned two designations of Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS). Living on a multigenerational family farm allows Amy to combine her industry knowledge with firsthand farming experience to better understand Pledge customers with row crop operations.

Elyse Fitzgerald, AINS
Customer Success Representative

Elyse Fitzgerald brings over 12 years of underwriting experience in farm property and homeowners’ from her time in the property and casualty division at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance. She holds an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation and is actively pursuing her Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) certification to deepen her expertise. As a Customer Service Representative at Pledge, Elyse is dedicated to providing personalized support and building lasting client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her corgi, reading, writing, and exploring arts and crafts.

Lori Lorenzen
Customer Success Representative

Lori Lorenzen brings over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and agriculture, including six years at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance. Having co-managed a farm with her husband, she understands the unique risks and challenges faced by farmers and their families. Actively involved in women’s agricultural organizations, Lori is passionate about supporting the farming community. At Pledge, she uses her expertise to guide clients through their insurance options with professionalism, respect, and care.

Lauren Russell

Lauren Russell brings a deep understanding of agriculture and insurance to her role with Pledge. Raised on a farm with livestock and row crops, Lauren combines her agricultural background with Property and Casualty expertise to provide tailored protection for farmers and ranchers. She is passionate about mentoring new and upcoming ag business owners and helping them secure the coverage they need to succeed. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys training and starting performance horses.

Michelle Ruff is an experienced insurance professional with over a decade in the industry, primarily focused on underwriting. As an Equine & Livestock Specialist at Pledge, she excels at helping clients find comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of their businesses. As a lifelong equestrian with more than 20 years of competitive dressage experience, Michelle brings a deep understanding of the equine world to her role. Recently, she has expanded her passion for riding into the sport of polo, further enhancing her connection to the equestrian community.
